2020 was a year marked by a pandemic that has been, and continues to be, the greatest challenge we have faced in a long time. In light of this exceptional situation, we have adopted new ways of working and a new approach, offering agile, global solutions capable of anticipating the new reality. Flexibility, adaptation, speed, and resilience are the watchwords of the year we celebrate our 25th Anniversary.

In this uncertain and volatile context, we again anticipated future trends in order to adapt ourselves to the challenges facing our clients. We launched “Embrace the New Normal”, a complete series of solutions covering the 13 challenges that we identified as being relevant to the organizations that trust in our work every day.

Conducted in partnership with Trivu, this study used natural language processing techniques and AI to reveal how the new generation of Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking future leaders think, as well as how leadership models have transformed.

This was the first study to use natural language processing techniques to analyze young people’s reactions to real talent attraction proposals from the 100 companies creating the most jobs in Spain.
